This document describes the privacy practices applicable to Spectra Kick Champions, a mobile game and its related features and services. The game and associated services are provided by TEMPO DZHUSTO TOV, which is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider.” This policy outlines the types of information that may be handled during your use of the game and explains how such information is managed.

Information Collection and Use

During installation, access, or gameplay, the Application may receive certain information automatically or collect details related to how it is used. Depending on the features accessed, this information may include:

  • The IP address associated with your device or internet connection.
  • Records of the screens or sections you visit, including dates, times, and approximate session durations.
  • The overall time spent interacting with the game.
  • Information about your device’s operating system.
  • Data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Spectra Kick Champions, together with selected third-party software development kits (SDKs), may use cookies, tracking pixels, SDK-based tools, and related technologies to support analytics, improve functionality, and maintain service performance. Where applicable law requires consent for optional tracking activities, the Service Provider will obtain the necessary permission before enabling those technologies.

Your Rights

Depending on the privacy legislation applicable to you, you may be entitled to review personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for eligible information to be erased. You may also withdraw consent when consent serves as the legal basis for processing, subject to applicable legal requirements.

To submit a privacy request or exercise your rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you reside in California, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act. These rights may include requesting details about the categories of information collected and how it is used, seeking deletion of eligible information, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receiving equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights.

California privacy requests can be directed to the Service Provider at [email protected].

Information you provide may also be used to send operational updates, essential service announcements, notices required by law, and marketing or promotional messages where legally permitted.

Some game features may require information that can be associated with an individual. If such information is requested, it will be handled according to the provisions and limitations described in this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider may share information with external providers when it has been aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise processed to reduce the possibility of identifying a particular person. Such information may support service analysis, maintenance, development, and improvements to the Application.

Information may also be disclosed to third parties when the disclosure is permitted by law and consistent with the practices explained in this document.

International Data Transfers

Information relating to users may be handled or transferred by the Service Provider and its selected partners in countries other than the country where the user lives. This may include destinations outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where applicable data protection laws impose conditions on international transfers, the Service Provider will rely on an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
  • An applicable adequacy decision or another transfer mechanism recognized by law.
  • The user's consent, where consent is legally permitted and required for the relevant transfer.

Privacy requirements differ across jurisdictions, and the protections available in one country may not be identical to those in another. The Service Provider will implement safeguards and obtain any required authorization where applicable before transferring personal information internationally.

Spectra Kick Champions may rely on third-party products and platforms that maintain separate privacy policies and govern their own data-handling activities. These services may include:

The Service Provider may disclose information supplied by users or collected automatically in the following situations:

  • When disclosure is required to comply with applicable legislation, a valid court order, a subpoena, or another lawful request.
  • When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the Service Provider’s legal rights, safeguard users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a request from a competent public authority.
  • When information must be provided to authorized contractors or service providers carrying out tasks on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they are not independently entitled to use that information for unrelated purposes and are subject to suitable confidentiality and privacy obligations.

Opt-Out Rights

If you no longer want the Application to collect additional information from your device, you can uninstall Spectra Kick Champions. Removing the game stops its continued collection of information through that installation, although information previously transmitted to the Service Provider or its partners may remain stored according to their applicable retention rules.

To request deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, or inquire about another privacy right available to you, please write to [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The length of time information is stored depends on why it was collected, how it is used, and whether any legal retention obligations apply. The Service Provider follows these general retention periods:

Information Provided by Users: Usually retained while the user continues to use the Application and for up to 12 months afterward, unless a longer period is required by law.

Automatically Collected Information: Generally maintained for a period of up to 24 months from collection, unless a longer period is necessary for legal or compliance purposes.

Aggregated or Anonymized Information: May be kept without a predetermined deletion date when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable person.

Information Required for Legal Compliance: Retained for the period established by relevant legal or regulatory obligations.

You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations that require certain records to be preserved. If you would like the Service Provider to remove information you previously submitted through the Application, contact [email protected].

Please note that removing particular information may limit the availability or functionality of certain features of the Application.

Children

Spectra Kick Champions is not intended for children under 13 years of age or below any higher minimum age prescribed by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or deliberately direct the Application's promotion toward them.

Where the law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, the Application must not be used without the necessary authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in situations where such collection is prohibited.

If the Service Provider discovers that information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable measures will be taken to delete the information from its systems without unnecessary delay.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact [email protected]. The Service Provider will review the concern and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Security

The Service Provider applies reasonable measures intended to protect information handled through the Application against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Depending on the nature of the information and the risks involved, these measures may include technical safeguards, organizational procedures, and physical security controls.

Although appropriate precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities when notification is required by applicable law. Where appropriate and legally necessary, the notice may explain the general circumstances of the incident and outline the steps taken or planned to investigate and address its effects.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated to account for changes in Spectra Kick Champions, relevant laws, available technologies, or the way information is handled. When a material revision is made, the updated document and its effective date will be published.

If applicable law requires users to consent to a significant change in data processing, the necessary consent will be obtained before that change takes effect.

Previous versions of this policy may be retained for reference. To request information about an earlier version, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.

Your Consent

Where consent is required as the lawful basis for processing personal information, you provide it by actively enabling the relevant feature or granting the requested permission. You may withdraw that consent later, subject to applicable law.

Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that was lawfully carried out before the withdrawal took effect. Information processed on another valid legal basis may continue to be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
